At HighMyles, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for your travel bookings. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking.

General Policy

  • All flight bookings made through HighMyles are subject to the fare rules, terms, and conditions of the respective airline.
  • Refunds, cancellations, changes, and reissues depend on the airline’s policies and applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • HighMyles service fees, convenience charges, and any non-refundable taxes or surcharges are not refundable.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours (U.S. DOT Rule)

For flights to/from the United States, most airlines allow free cancellation within 24 hours of booking if the departure date is at least 7 days away. HighMyles will honor this rule, and you may receive a full refund (including ticket cost and taxes) when eligible.

Airline-Initiated Cancellations / Schedule Changes

If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or re-accommodation on an alternate flight (subject to airline approval). HighMyles will assist you in processing your refund or rebooking request, but final approval rests with the airline.

Voluntary Cancellations by Passenger

  • If you choose to cancel your booking, airline penalties and fare rules will apply.
  • HighMyles may charge a processing/service fee per passenger per ticket, which is non-refundable.
  • Refund amounts (if any) will be calculated after deducting airline penalties, service charges, and applicable taxes.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in or do not board your flight, you will be considered a No-Show. No-Show tickets are typically non-refundable, and changes may not be permitted as per airline rules.

Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved by the airline, HighMyles will initiate the refund process. Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Partially Used Tickets

Refunds for partially used tickets (e.g., round-trip where one leg is flown) will be governed strictly by airline fare rules. In most cases, partially used tickets are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain discounted, promotional, or special fares may be entirely non-refundable and non-changeable. Such details will be displayed at the time of booking.

Change / Rebooking Policy

Date and time changes may be permitted depending on the airline and fare rules. Change fees (airline penalty + HighMyles service fee) will apply in addition to any fare difference.
